Mark was very prompt with his initial visit. He completed a small job replacing some missing slates and then returned to remove the spikes that had been ineffective and unsightly. All work was completed when agreed and at the the agreed price. The Spikes were removed in less time than he had estimated. No mess was left and some advice given regarding the roof.
